Set in a world defined by scarcity and lawlessness, Harbor challenges players to survive by gathering limited resources, crafting essential equipment, building shelters, forming alliances, trading with other survivors, and protecting everything they have built. With no rules and danger around every corner, players must determine who they can trust while fighting to secure the resources necessary to survive. At the center of the experience is Harbor, the game's sole safe zone, where players can take on missions, trade resources, and find temporary security before venturing back into the surrounding world.
