Old Dog, New Tricks Season 1

Old Dog, New Tricks tells the story of Antón (Luis Zahera), a rural Galician veterinarian who, amid the ongoing crisis in the farming world, finds himself without clients because his neighbors can no longer afford to pay him. With few options left, he accepts a job offer from his niece Uxía (Lucía Caraballo, I Don't Like Driving), the upbeat manager of a boutique pet store - a perfectly designed, colorful space stocked with more gourmet products than a supermarket. Between dog grooming sessions, hamster check-ups, and pet owners who are fussier than their animals, Antón soon realizes that surviving in this new ecosystem won't be easy.
