Radioactive Emergency Season 1

Produced by Gullane, Radioactive Emergency is inspired by a real-life Cesium-137 accident. The series begins when a radiotherapy device is opened at a scrapyard, releasing radioactive material that spreads through Goiânia. A race against time follows, as the authorities and specialists work to track the contamination and save lives, including those of an entire family affected by the tragedy. The drama shines a light on the anonymous heroes whose efforts mobilized the country and brought renewed attention to the work of Brazilian scientists and medical teams. Fernando Coimbra is the lead director of the limited series, with episodes directed by Fernando Coimbra and Iberê Carvalho. It is produced by Caio Gullane and Fabiano Gullane, created by Gustavo Lipsztein, and executive produced by Caio Gullane, Fabiano Gullane, Pablo Torrecillas and Ana Saito.
