A combination of two childhood favorites with a twist. It combines Rock, Paper, Scissors with the classic card game of War.
Each player draws four cards. At the count of three, both players lay down a card of their choice. The winner takes both cards and sets them aside. Then each player draws a new card from their deck, and the whole thing starts over again.
