Stellaris: Willpower

In the vast expanse of the cosmos, borders are mere lines drawn on a map. Ideas, on the other hand, have no such limits. Your empire was founded on its Ethics. In Stellaris: Willpower, those values evolve into Ideologies with the power to sway the stars, turning your beliefs into a galactic force. Your Ideology can rally entire civilizations, but it can also turn inward. If your authority weakens, colonies may radicalize and rise against you. An Ethic backed with fanatic conviction can become an Ideology that crosses borders. Once you establish your Ideology, you can start spreading it across neighboring systems using Starbases, Hyper Relays, and Ideological Beacons into other Empires. Foreign populations may adopt your values, forming Fanatic Factions corroding your enemies from within. However, staying true to your values becomes critical as you spread your Tenets across the Galaxy. Without an eye for your Momentum, internal factions might start revolting as they demand you stay true to your values.
