Winter Hart visits a small, mysterious town nestled behind the palms and Live Oaks in central Florida. But for Winter, all she can see is the unsolved death that needs her investigative reporting skills. She carefully walks up the crumbling steps leading to the massive hand craved ornate door that once welcomed guests to lavished galas, but now sits silently empty. Winter is unwavering in her quest to solve the mystery that lies somewhere in this forgotten home. With both hands, she pushes open the massive doors that she hopes will lead her to the answers of what really happened so long ago. But Winter may find more than she bargained for...murder may be lurking…and it could be hers!
