For the past few years, Roscoe Crawford has played second fiddle to Cleveland's current kingpin Sam Thornton. But when the chance to supplant slingin' Sam presents itself, Roscoe and his ruthless band of thugs pounce on the opportunity. Everything seems to be running smoothly until they run into a crew with a similar agenda. Richard "Rock" Harris isn't the type of hustler who waits for something to be given to him. Whatever he wants, he takes and with a deadly squad of goons around him he has no trouble getting what he wants. With the two crews on a major collision course, bloodshed is inevitable. Terror sweeps the city as innocent bystanders and petrified residents get caught up in the crossfire. But as the two crews battle for supremacy, a vengeful third party sits back and waits for them to destroy each other so that they can swoop in and pick the bones clean.
